The Peaks Resort & Spa in Colorado is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Relations, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience with exceptional service.

You will balance guest-facing excellence with strong administrative and financial acumen, driving room revenue, upsell opportunities, and analyzing metrics to elevate guest satisfaction scores. This role demands visible leadership and a commitment to hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area and 3 years in a dedicated supervisory or management capacity
• Preferred Education: 4-year Bachelor’s Degree or 2-year Associate's Degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day Front Office operations, boosting efficiency and stepping into frontline roles when needed.
• Works with Revenue Management to optimize room inventory, upsell programs, and labor budgets.
• Collaborates with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B to ensure a seamless guest journey across the property.
• Leads with hospitality, addresses high-level complaints, and resolves service failures swiftly.
• Oversees pre-arrival planning, room blocking, and special arrival experiences for return guests.
• Participates in executive meetings, stand-ups, and mandatory training to align Front Office goals.
