Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury, a Forbes Five-Star destination in Park City, Utah, seeks a Director of Front Office to lead Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, and Concierge. The role requires ensuring personalized guest experiences while driving departmental performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of luxury hotel leadership, Forbes star experience, and strong P&L acumen, with a polished, hands-on leadership style and superior interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive hotel management experience, preferably luxury.
• Experience in Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star or Four-Star environments preferred.
• Front Office or Rooms leadership experience in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, and Concierge operations.
• Drive Forbes Five-Star service standards and personalized guest experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with coaching and succession planning.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, labor productivity, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, and profit-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments.
