The Peaks Resort & Spa in Colorado seeks an attentive Front Desk/Concierge associate to greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and provide expert local recommendations. You will coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and Concierge to ensure seamless room readiness and guest transitions.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with room upgrades, dining and spa options, and VIP amenity deliveries, while maintaining professional communication with guests and team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years in a guest-facing role at a premium hotel.
• Prior experience with hotel reservations systems is a plus.
• Ability to provide clear, professional information to guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly in a professional, personalized manner.
• Identify guest preferences to create memorable experiences.
• Offer local dining, cultural, and hidden-gem recommendations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Concierge for room readiness.
• Recommend room upgrades and hotel outlets to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Review arrivals and manage special requests and room blocks as needed.
• Maintain clear, prompt communication with guests and teammates.
• Assist Concierge with amenity deliveries for tiered VIPs.
