Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Director to lead hotel front office operations with a strong focus on guest service and sustainability. You will drive performance, coach managers, and ensure brand standards are met in a dynamic, guest‑facing environment.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting, payroll coordination with corporate accounting, and collaboration with sales to optimize occupancy and rates. A large‑hotel background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations.
• Experience in large hotel environments.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Oversee front office departments to ensure top service for guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and brand standards to improve outcomes.
• Resolve customer complaints and anticipate issues through monitoring operations.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivables, cash handling, and front office accounting.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for the front office.
• Coordinate payroll with corporate accounting.
• Oversee vendor and personnel contracts and occupancy management.
