Local candidates with 1–3 years in hospitality are preferred; the role requires flexibility across shifts and weekend work. This position offers growth within HHM's Front Office leadership track.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related front desk/hospitality experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front desk operations in line with HHM standards.
• Interview, train, and coach front desk associates.
• Resolve guest complaints through thorough investigation and effective solutions.
• Be receptive to guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements.
• Oversee front desk in the absence of managers; perform audits and balancing.
