Hotel Chicago Downtown, Autograph Collection is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead the Front Office/Guest Services teams on site in Chicago. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee VIP arrivals, and ensure adherence to service standards while managing staffing and payroll within budget.

Ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a track record in front office management, and the ability to coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in front office management roles.
• Experience supervising a Front Office/Guest Services team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage payroll.
• Experience handling VIP reservations and customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office/Guest Services operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor front desk and guest services staff.
• Manage staffing, payroll, and scheduling within budget.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, reservations, and amenities for guests.
• Collaborate with Finance on credit and billing issues and quality assurance.
