Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls and book appointments.
• Manage designers’ appointment calendars in CRM.
• Greet visitors and assist with office support needs.
• Provide administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department.
• Perform general office duties with clear verbal and written communication.
