Closets by Design Columbus is hiring for a Front Office/Customer Service role. You will answer calls, book appointments, and support the sales and production teams. No degree is required; office experience and proficient Microsoft Office skills are needed.

You’ll greet visitors and help with various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. We value friendly, enthusiastic customer service, strong organization, and solid communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and book appointments.
• Manage designers’ appointment calendars in CRM.
• Greet visitors and assist with office support needs.
• Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation.
• Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills.
