Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required, associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role or setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office daily activities and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Coordinate schedule prep, verify paperwork, ensure demographics are accurate and patient charts are prepared.
• Support clinicians and staff engagement; maintain LFST culture and office upkeep.
• Provide front desk support including greeting patients, handling telehealth access, and collecting copays.
• Assist patients with questions via phone, email, and portal and triage urgent issues.
