Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support to patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to in-person and remote patients.
• Triage urgent requests and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.
