Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction and comply with policies.
• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and telephone service.
• Maintain brand standards and coordinate with other departments to boost guest satisfaction.
• Provide training and guidance to entry level associates when needed.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
