Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with registrations, provide room rate quotes, and help guests plan their stay from check-in to checkout.

You’ll handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, and confirm reservations. The role requires excellent English, strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with registration and check-in.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit transactions according to procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries.
