Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house team members and management under direct supervision. You will uphold restaurant standards, foster positive guest and team experiences, and ensure effective internal communication to deliver a consistent, AUSS-SOME experience.

The role requires certification in all front-of-house functions, legal authorization to work in the United States, and prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Previously held leadership positions.

Responsabilités

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure service readiness.
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service.
• Perform quality table checks and handle guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, and quality control.
