Job summary

Outback Steakhouse Inc in the United States is seeking a Key front-of-house leader to support teams, uphold restaurant standards, and ensure guest satisfaction with a “whatever it takes” attitude. This role supervises service, coaches staff, and maintains quality checks to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.

Under direct supervision, responsibilities include leading pre-shift meetings, coordinating staffing, participating in events, and supporting management in financial activities.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
