Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key Front-of-House Leader to support managers and serve our guests with warmth and consistency. Under direct supervision, you will coach team members, uphold standards, and help ensure smooth service across dining and bar areas.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-shift briefings, reviewing staffing, guiding front-of-house staff, handling guest issues, and participating in events and training.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
