Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house operations and management. The role emphasizes maintaining restaurant standards, coaching staff in service, and ensuring effective internal communication to deliver a consistent, high-quality Guest experience.

Under direct supervision, you will help lead pre-shift meetings, staff scheduling, and collaboration with management to balance front- and back-of-house needs while contributing to events and quality control.

Competenze

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
