Chick-fil-A is seeking a Shift Leader to help drive daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction at our location. You will support senior leadership in executing tasks, coach team members, and model Chick-fil-A’s values with a servant’s heart.

The role requires leading shifts, opening/closing duties, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a positive, guest-focused environment. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Team Lead, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager).

Shift Leader

A Shift Leader must have chick fil a experience and is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant’s heart. Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and holding team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Their two main areas of focus are ensuring the restaurant runs effectively by completing necessary operational tasks and coaching/developing team members to reach their full potential.

Shift Leaders lead by example, setting the tone and standard for the entire team. They maintain a positive work environment, ensure guest satisfaction, and keep operations running smoothly during their shifts.

• Full-time - Morning, Day and Night Shifts
