Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Front of House
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Lead shift of 20+ team members at a time
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a Restaurant Leadership Role or Equivalent
• Available to work a minimum of 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays a month
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in operations within the customer service industry
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Drive‑Thru experience
• This person must be skilled in time management.

• Monday to Friday
