Workstream in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and uphold Chick-fil-A’s service standards. You will lead shifts, train new hires, and ensure high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, reliable, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to develop leadership in a people-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
