Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join our lifestyle brand as a store manager. You will lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, supervise shifts, ensure food safety compliance, and support the General Manager in daily store operations.

The role requires 1 year service in hospitality, 1 year management, HS diploma, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and flexibility for closing shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Handler certification or local equivalent required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain clear team communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Motivate and guide team to ensure swift, friendly service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation.
• Cover shifts and supervise store operations.
• Schedule and supervise shift rotations and attendance.
• Train team members on roles and responsibilities.
• Uphold company policies and health/employment standards.
• Perform other duties to support store operations.
