Job summary

Clean Eatz is seeking a Front of House Shift Lead who brings high energy and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people. You will act as the energy anchor for the front of house, opening or closing shifts confidently, guiding the team, and ensuring guests receive a seamless, personalized experience from entry to exit.

You will know our menu inside and out, educate guests on options, and drive confident product recommendations. Prior supervisory experience is helpful and POS handling is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic with a positive attitude and a genuine love for people.
• Excellent verbal communication with warmth and confidence in every interaction.
• Ability to learn and communicate the full Clean Eatz menu and services.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage a busy café, guest inquiries, and a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to lead from the front.
• Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred (restaurant/food service a strong plus).
• Comfort with cash handling, POS, and basic daily reporting.
• Passion or curiosity about health, wellness, and clean eating.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and set a welcoming tone.
• Educate guests on Clean Eatz offerings: Café, Meal Plans, Grab 'N' Go, and Catering.
• Listen to guests' goals and match products to their needs.
• Address questions and feedback with a solutions-first approach.
• Drive upsell through informed recommendations, without being pushy.
• Ensure every transaction is accurate and completed with a warm close.
