Drive Shack is seeking a Team Lead to ensure top-quality hospitality and support a front-of-house team in daily operations. You will foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere and help maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced venue.

Key duties include supervising shifts, training staff, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating communication across guests and management to deliver efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house staff preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper daily operations of the bar including product control, guest engagement, cleanliness, health and hygiene, and quality control.
• Build strong rapport with guests and promote prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Assist in daily staff formation, as well as training and ongoing development.
• Ensure work is carried out with safety and sanitation compliance.
• Facilitate communication between guests, bar staff, supervisors, and managers.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Participate in additional projects assigned to support broader company initiatives.
