Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Food Safety Manager Certification required.
• TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest engagement with warm, knowledgeable service and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support opening, closing, and shift responsibilities as part of a hybrid role.
• Coach and support team members, enforce performance expectations and policies.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, tracking variances, and corrective actions.
• Monitor portion standards, minimize waste, and ensure inventory practices.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and labor laws.
