Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role involves keeping a clean line, training crew, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor shift schedules, help resolve food quality issues, and assist with administrative duties, banking policies, and office paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures is a plus.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department rules.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the service line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; support management with tasks.
• Assist with office administration duties and inventory of supplies.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
