Job summary

Elephante Scottsdale is seeking a Front-of-House Manager to supervise daily FOH operations and staff, ensuring gracious hospitality and efficient, profitable service. You will interact with guests, coach a team, and manage schedules, training, and performance reviews.

The role requires 2–3 years of hospitality supervisory experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong POS/computer skills to uphold service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in hospitality in a high-volume setting.
• Two-year associate degree (60 credit hours) in Hospitality, Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong guest service foundation, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skills required.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily front-of-house operations and staff.
• Interacts with guests in a polite, hospitable manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
• Schedules department and coordinates responsibilities for efficiency and profitability.
• Assists with interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff.
• Conducts performance reviews and addresses guest and employee concerns.
• Manages end-of-shift financial reconciliations and inventory of supplies.
