Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Operations Manager to lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage, ensuring best-in-class hospitality and seamless guest experiences across the front of house. This merged leadership role manages staffing, schedules, coaching, and cross-functional operations to deliver memorable guest moments.

The role requires a strong operations mindset, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to train, develop, and motivate teams while controlling budgets and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading both food and beverage and guest-facing operations strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Full Front of House, supervising Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and develop team members across both functions.
• Manage game and bay operations, retail, safety, and venue-wide activities.
• Drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency through metrics and actions.
• Support opening/closing and shift management; embody Topgolf values.
