Job summary

Topgolf Front of House Manager leads our guest-facing team in delivering best-in-class, rock-star-level service and hospitality. This role is responsible for coaching Team members, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring every area of the venue is staffed, running, and delivering an exceptional experience.

Beyond guest experience, the Front of House Manager owns opening/closing procedures, shifts, hiring, scheduling, and supporting team development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting the daily standard for service and hospitality.
• Coach and develop the front of house team and drive engagement.
• Manage operations including opening/closing, shifts, hiring, scheduling, and development.
• Uphold standards and culture aligned with Topgolf values and healthy, safe operations.
