Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Operations Manager to lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams, delivering best-in-class service across the entire FOH. You will hire, schedule, coach, and develop staff while overseeing game and bay operations, dining, safety, and retail in a fast-paced venue.

This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays with extended hours during peak periods. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and build a culture that aligns with Topgolf values

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading both food & beverage and guest-facing operations preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and available for varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House (Guest Services and Food & Beverage) to deliver best-in-class service.
• Hire, schedule, onboard, and develop staff across both departments.
• Oversee game/bay operations, safety, inventory, and service standards.
• Drive profitability by leveraging metrics and maintaining guest satisfaction.
