Topgolf in Birmingham, AL seeks a Front of House Operations Manager to lead Guest Services and Food of Beverage with a guest-first mindset. You’ll hire, train, and schedule teams while monitoring game and bay operations, safety, and service standards across the venue.

You’ll manage budgets, drive profitability, and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading both food and beverage and guest-facing operations strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full front of house across Guest Services and Food & Beverage.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and develop team members for both departments.
• Manage game systems, bay operations, guest safety, and inventory.
• Control budgets and ensure service standards while driving guest satisfaction.
• Support opening/closing and shift management as needed.
