Job summary

Topgolf Boise is seeking a Front of House Manager to elevate guest experiences across the front of house. You will lead service standards, stay visible on the floor, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction while maximizing efficiency and staffing.

Join a high-energy, high-volume venue where you will coach and develop the team, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and drive performance using metrics to maximize guest delight and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience: set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and develop the team: supervise front of house staff and drive engagement.
• Manage Operations: execute opening/closing procedures and optimize performance using metrics.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: embody Topgolf values and ensure health, safety, and standards compliance
