Job summary

Topgolf in Oklahoma City is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver best-in-class hospitality. This role focuses on coaching, guest satisfaction, and ensuring every area of the venue opens, runs, and closes smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience, setting daily service standards across front of house.
• Coach front of house team members and drive engagement and accountability.
• Manage operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Uphold Topgolf’s standards, brand culture, and health and safety requirements.
