Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience in a high-energy venue in Boise. You will set the daily service standard, stay visible on the floor, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction across all front-of-house operations.

You will coach and develop the team, support hiring and onboarding, and drive performance using metrics while maintaining Topgolf’s core values and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house
• Coach and develop the front of house team in the moment
• Hire, schedule, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Execute opening and closing procedures and manage shifts
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to drive performance improvements
• Uphold health, safety, and operational standards
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment reflecting Topgolf brand
