Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting daily service standards and staying visible on the floor.
• Coach and develop the front of house team, drive engagement and accountability.
• Manage operations including opening/closing, shifts, hiring, scheduling and inventory needs.
• Uphold Topgolf core values and maintain health, safety, and operational standards.
