Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver rock-star level service. You will coach Team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure every area of the venue runs smoothly with openings, closings, and scheduling.

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The role requires 2+ years in venue management, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and set the daily standard for service across front of house.
• Coach and develop the front-of-house team with real coaching and accountability.
• Manage operations including opening/closing, hiring, scheduling, and team development.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to drive performance and profitability.
• Uphold health, safety, and operational standards across the venue.
