Job summary

Topgolf Virginia Beach is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver best-in-class hospitality. You will coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure an exceptional venue experience.

In this role you will balance service standards with business metrics, focus on profitability, and foster a positive, high-energy culture across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays that come with peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience: set the daily standard for service and hospitality, stay visible on the floor, ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Coach and Develop the Team: supervise front-of-house staff, onboard and schedule, drive engagement and accountability.
• Manage Operations: execute opening/closing procedures, manage shifts, support ordering and inventory needs.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: reflect Topgolf values, maintain compliance, foster a high-energy work environment.
