Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager in Texas to lead guest-facing teams and deliver rockstar-level service. You will coach team members, manage shifts, and handle hiring and scheduling, ensuring every area is staffed, running, and delivering an exceptional experience.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays with extended hours during peak periods. Expect a fast-paced, high-energy venue where guest satisfaction is the top priority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and set the daily standard for service and hospitality across front of house.
• Coach and develop front of house team; supervise and schedule shifts; support onboarding.
• Manage openings and closings, hiring, scheduling, and inventory as needed.
• Uphold Topgolf values and maintain health, safety, and operational standards.
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment aligned with the brand.
