Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Phoenix seeks a hospitality teammate to deliver outstanding guest service and craft memorable dining experiences. You’ll represent the restaurant with warmth and professionalism, helping guests feel welcome from arrival through departure.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, input accurately in the POS, ensure timely service, and assist with setup, bussing and wine service as needed. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or hospitality role.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
• Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promptly attend to tables.
• Receive and take guest orders, process in POS quickly and accurately.
• Prepare and serve meal accompaniments and beverages as needed.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu and wine program.
• Relay guest complaints to management and ensure guest satisfaction.
