Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest-facing team to deliver best-in-class service and hospitality.
• Coach and develop team members; hire, schedule, and onboard.
• Open/close shifts, manage operations, and monitor metrics.
