Job summary

Topgolf is looking for a Front of House Manager to lead guest-facing teams and deliver rockstar-level service in a high-energy setting. You will coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure every area is staffed, running, and delivering an exceptional experience.

The role includes opening/closing, hiring, scheduling, and supporting team development with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest-facing team to deliver best-in-class service and hospitality.
• Coach front of house team members and drive engagement.
• Manage opening/closing, shifts, hiring, scheduling, and team development.
• Uphold Topgolf core values and ensure safety and operational standards.
