Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team to deliver best-in-class hospitality and a memorable guest experience. You will coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure all areas are staffed, trained, and running smoothly.

The role requires a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and responsibilities include opening/closing, hiring, scheduling, and staff development to maintain Topgolf’s high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and develop the front of house team, driving engagement and accountability.
• Manage operations including opening/closing procedures, shifts, hiring, and scheduling.
• Uphold Topgolf's standards and culture, ensuring health, safety, and operational guidelines are followed.
