Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver exceptional hospitality. This role coaches staff, drives guest satisfaction, and ensures all venue areas are staffed and running smoothly. Responsibilities include opening/closing, scheduling, hiring, and supporting team development.

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in hospitality management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting daily standards for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and develop the front of house team through in-the-moment guidance and ongoing coaching.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, shifts, hiring, scheduling, and team development.
• Uphold Topgolf’s standards and culture, ensuring health, safety and operational compliance.
