Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting daily service standards and staying visible on the floor.
• Coach and develop the Front of House team with in-the-moment feedback and accountability.
• Manage operations including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Uphold Topgolf's standards and culture, ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
