Job summary

Topgolf Miami Gardens is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver best-in-class hospitality. You will coach staff, monitor service standards, and ensure every guest feels valued as part of a high-energy experience.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to open/close, schedule, hire, and manage operations while driving guest satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience: Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and Develop the Team: Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment.
• Manage Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures and manage assigned shifts; use metrics to drive performance.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: Demonstrate Topgolf's core values and maintain safety and operations standards.
