Job summary

Topgolf in Pompano Beach seeks a Front of House Manager to lead guest experiences and team performance in a fast-paced venue. You will set service standards, stay visible on the floor with guests, and uphold safety and operational procedures to ensure excellence.

You will coach and develop front-of-house staff, oversee hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development, and drive revenue by maintaining high energy, accuracy, and hospitality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required licenses.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a high-energy venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience: Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and Develop the Team: Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment.
• Manage Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures and manage shifts.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: Demonstrate Topgolf's core values and maintain safety and standards.
