Topgolf Fort Myers is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead guest experience in a high-energy, high-volume venue. You will set the daily service standards, stay visible on the floor, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction across all front-of-house areas.

You’ll coach the front-of-house team, assist with hiring and scheduling, and oversee opening/closing, inventory, and daily operations to maximize guest delight and profitability in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.

Responsabilités

• Lead the guest experience by setting daily service standards and engaging on the floor.
• Coach and develop the front of house team, including hiring, scheduling, onboarding.
• Manage operations, including opening/closing procedures and using metrics to drive improvements.
• Uphold Topgolf's standards, culture, health, safety, and guest satisfaction.
