Job summary

Topgolf Nashville is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience and elevate service across the venue. You will stay highly visible on the floor, uphold safety standards, and ensure guest areas run smoothly with fully staffed teams.

You will coach and develop front-of-house staff, support hiring and onboarding, and drive a culture of care, accountability, and excellence while monitoring metrics to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting daily service standards and staying visible to elevate guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the front-of-house team, drive engagement, and support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Manage operations including opening/closing, shift management, and leveraging metrics to improve performance and profitability.
• Uphold Topgolf core values and maintain health, safety, and operational standards while fostering a positive, high-energy culture.
