Job summary

Topgolf in Memphis seeks a Front of House Manager to lead guest-facing teams and deliver best-in-class hospitality. You will coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure shifts run smoothly with opening/closing duties, hiring, scheduling, and team development. Expect a high-energy, late-evening and weekend schedule during peak periods.

You will champion Topgolf's values and maintain safety and quality standards while maximizing guest delight and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience: Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and Develop the Team: Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment.
• Manage Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures and manage assigned shifts, inventory, and facilities needs.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: Demonstrate Topgolf's core values and maintain health, safety, and operational standards.
