Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager in Chattanooga to lead guest-facing teams and deliver best-in-class hospitality. The role focuses on coaching staff, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring every area runs smoothly with open/close procedures and staffing coverage.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in restaurant/hotel/entertainment venue management, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain local licenses; a 21+ age requirement applies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain location licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and set the daily service standard across front of house.
• Coach front of house team, manage hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Oversee opening/closing, shifts, inventory, and facilities needs.
• Uphold Topgolf core values and ensure a safe, energetic work environment.
