Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

• Lead the guest-facing team to deliver best-in-class service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and develop front-of-house team members and drive engagement.
• Manage operations including opening/closing, shifts, and scheduling; support hiring and onboarding.
