Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in the New York area is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to support the General Manager with daily Front of House operations. You will supervise hourly team members, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and deliver exceptional guest service while driving restaurant profitability.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, clear communication, and upholding our standards, values, and guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly restaurant staff.
• Able to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred while not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Front of House operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support team members during shifts, including scheduling, guest interaction, and shift planning.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and manage costs effectively.
• Open and close the restaurant in accordance with company procedures.
• Handle financial tasks such as cash handling and inventory management.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
